Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@cazabetz.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
